Oonagh joined the British Business Bank in November 2016 as a Director in the Legal team and was appointed Managing Director, Legal & Governance in August 2023. With a background in structured finance, Oonagh previously worked in house in investment banking for over 20 years, primarily at RBS Markets in London and Asia, having qualified originally with City law firm Simmons & Simmons.
