From cooking classes to mindfulness, there's a wide range of regular wellbeing events to attend.

The Bank has been really practical, arranging for us to receive the equipment we needed to work effectively at home. And its other initiatives, such as Wellbeing Wednesday and the virtual quizzes, have allowed us to remain social and switch off from work a bit.

Since the Bank was first created, our wellbeing support has evolved significantly. We continue to adapt it based on the feedback we receive from employees. This makes sure we’re doing everything we can to help our colleagues to Be Happy, Be Healthy, Be Well.

Thriving with nature - photography competition

To mark Mental Health Awareness Week this year, we ran an internal photography competition.

All colleagues were invited to submit a nature-themed photograph that evoked a sense of wellbeing or made you feel happy, with the winner and finalists being featured on our website.
