About the event

Join the British Business Bank, angel investors and founders to learn more about the investment landscape to fuel your next stage of growth.

For newer or smaller businesses, accessing finance can be difficult.

This is particularly true if your business is pre-revenue, pre-profit, requires initial capital to develop a prototype, or doesn’t have a strong credit history. Angel investment is the largest source of investment in start-ups and early-stage businesses looking to grow in the UK, and it could be right for you.

But who are they and how do you access this type of investor? At this event you'll find out more about angel investment, the pros and cons of bringing an angel investor on board, and what an angel investor looks for in a business.

The event will also highlight the experiences of founders who have sought angel finance. Join us to hear from angel investors, Haatch, one of the British Business Bank’s Regional Angels Programme partners, and other entrepreneurs and founders.

This event will be delivered in partnership with Buckinghamshire Business First.

This event is aimed at individuals with an intermediate knowledge of finance.
