In the event of an incident affecting the Bank's operations, updates will be sent to colleagues by email, Teams, and/or SMS text message.
Further information will also be available on the intranet's Incident Information page (you must be connected to the BBB network to view) or by calling the Incident Information Line.
To report an incident
As soon as you become aware of an incident (or identify a potential incident), you should report it via the Risk Incident Portal or the IT Service Desk. You should also notify your line manager.
