As Managing Director and Head of Product Operations at British Business Bank, Toni leads complex operational functions across a significant investment portfolio, with responsibility spanning operations, financial crime, kyc, controls and process transformation. Previously, Toni held a number of senior leadership positions across multiple asset classes, including Global Head of Transformation, Global Head of Risk & Control and Global Chief Operating Officer.
