Toni Mitchell is the Head of Product Operations for the British Business Bank since July 2025.
Having developed a career of over 20 years in both the regulated Investment & Corporate Banking sector, Toni has held a diverse range of roles across Operations, Strategy, Transformation and Risk in multiple asset classes. She is a qualified FinTech Practioner from the London Institute of Banking and Finance.
Toni joined the industry as an apprentice and has a passion for early-stage careers and mentorship, actively mentoring inside the Bank and across the STEM sector.
