Mark Trick was appointed as Interim Chief Operating Officer in October 2024, having joined the Bank in 2022 as Interim Managing Director of Middle Office.
With over 30 years’ financial industry tenure, Mark has extensive experience building Operational teams and implementing systems, most recently with one of the Bank’s delivery partners, Cynergy Bank. Previously, Mark spent 25 years with Barclays across multiple disciplines as well as roles with Co-Operative Bank and Swinton Group.
