The Diverse Angel Syndicate programme provides financial and non-financial support to participating angel syndicates to support their operational development and growth. Funding provided by the British Business Bank under the Programme may only be used for eligible business expenses in accordance with the Programme terms and must not be used to make or fund investments.
Submission of an application does not guarantee selection for, or funding under, the Programme. Applications will be assessed in accordance with the Programme eligibility requirements and assessment process. Any award will be subject to the applicable Programme terms and conditions.
The British Business Bank’s selection of, or provision of support to, a participating syndicate does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of that syndicate, its investment strategy or any investment opportunity offered, promoted or facilitated by it. Nothing on this website constitutes investment, legal, tax or other professional advice, or an invitation or recommendation to make any investment.
Participating syndicates are independent of the British Business Bank. Each syndicate is responsible for its own activities and for ensuring that it complies with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements, including any requirements relating to financial promotions, investment activity and the operation or promotion of investment arrangements.
